*All classes are taught at our Norman location (2701 Washington Drive Norman, OK 73069).
Ashtanga All Levels - Appropriate for all. Beginner will receive the guidance they need while more advanced yogis may work at the more difficult postures.
Yoga for Climbers - The goal of this class is to bullet proof the body against injuries common with climbers. This class will focus on improving mobility & strength to endure the sport of rock climbing in a safe and successful process using movements from gymnastics, passive martial arts, & functional movement.
Vinyasa Flow - These classes are good for all levels. Beginners will receive the guidance they need while more advanced yogis may work on the more difficult postures. This class flows from one posture to another with music.
