6:30 pm - Piloxing with Jen
*4:00 pm - Kids Yoga (ages 5-8 years)*

Wednesday
6:00 pm - Intro to Yoga with Jenilyn Spates

Thursday
6:00 pm - Hatha Yoga with Natalie

Friday
*10:00 am -  Little Lotuses (ages 3-5) ENROLL NOW!

Saturday
**9:00 am - Aerial Silks (gym area) - Perpetual Motion** (Visit Perpetual Motion Dance to Enroll)
10:00 am - Yoga Class varies by instructor (all levels)

Power Yoga - Focusing on developing the movement, core strength, and flexibility that will challenge participants. 

Piloxing - A creative mix between Pilates and Boxing geared towards women, with the mental and physical goal of attaining a "Sleek, Sexy and Powerful" self-image. Celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen introduces you to this new form of exercise that will not only strengthen your core, but sculpt and elongate your muscles.

Intro to Yoga - A great class for both those new to yoga and for those desiring a more holistic and less-intense yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga - These classes are good for all levels. Beginners will receive the guidance they need while more advanced yogis may work on the more difficult postures. This class flows from one posture to another with music.
